Integrative Treatment

Medi Cupping Therapy

This is not the static cupping technique that is used by accupuncturists...these are moving cups which rarely leave any marks on your skin..Using vacuum cups of various sizes, a suction level that can be adjusted to the clients comfort level is created while gliding the cup over the tissue. The sensation is relaxing as the cups are increasing blood circulation and lymph flow, allowing for the tension in the muscles to "dissolve" away. Also good for reducing scar tissue, healing injuries, lymphatic drainage, minimizing cellulite, loosening lung congestion, improving digestion, and reducing inflammation. By applying massage and acupressure techniques to the feet, this treatment gives a beneficial effect through the entire body. Heated stones and magnetic cups are also offered for extra benefit. This is a fully clothed treatment and is great for relief of many symptoms.

Head Neck and Shoulder Tune Up

An effective series of massage and cupping techniques for "unwinding" the tension and pain that so often lodges in this area of the body from repetitive motion, improper sleep positions, or stress. Cupping can be included to help release tight muscles..

Hand and Foot Massage

Using a combination of heated stones, swedish massage, cupping therapy, and reflexology techniques, this treatment will leave you feeling renewed and energized. Very helpful for musicians or other folks who have repetitive motion stress in their hands, plantar fascitis or other foot issues, and for people who are on their feet for many hours on end. Client remains fully clothed for this treatment.
